Our parent leaders surveyed their community across Los Angeles County to learn about their experiences navigating special education.

Students with disabilities in Los Angeles County have enormous potential — and the families who advocate for them are being shut out of the system designed to serve them. The results of our survey was compiled into this report, and documents what families are experiencing, what it is costing them, and what must change.
